Transportation from Sallatunturi twice a week.
The Arctic Circle passes through the village of Hautajärvi, about half an hour away from Sallatunturi.
Take a trip with us to the official crossing point of the Arctic Circle.
- Snowshoe trip every Wed and Fri at 9:30 am
- includes a 1.5-hour guided snowshoe hike in the winter landscapes of Koutajoki river and Rytiniva - Afternoon excursion every Wed and Fri at 1 pm
On both tours, the price includes round-trip transport from Sallatunturi or Salla Wilderness Park (reindeer park), a soup lunch at Napapiiri Café and, of course, the Arctic Circle crosser diploma.
